The Humane Society for Greater Nashua (HSFN) invites you to join them and kick off the New Year with a fabulous night of food, friends, and fun. The Saffron Bistro in Nashua will host its second annual benefit dinner for HSFN on Thursday, January 21 at 6:00pm. Tickets for the three-course meal are $50.00 per person and the cost includes an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. Half of the proceeds benefit HSFN and the pets awaiting adoption.

New to this year’s event is a raffle that HSFN will be holding for its guests that evening. Prizes include four tickets to a Red Sox game in 2010 courtesy of Lovering Volvo, Saffron Bistro gift certificates, and an Apple iPod. Raffle tickets are only available for sale at the dinner and the prizes will be awarded that evening.

The three-course menu includes the choice of a Mixed Field Green Salad with a Strawberry Champagne Vinaigrette or a Pan Seared Crab Cake. Entrée choices include Butter Breadcrumb Haddock, Chicken Scaloppini, or Butternut Squash Ravioli. Dessert will be a house-made Chocolate Gateau with warm chocolate sauce. Beverages, tax, and gratuity not included in the ticket price.
