This group meets every third Tuesday of the month from January 2012 to June 2012. 

Being a leader in an organization or growing company can be challenging, especially for women dealing with a demanding life/work balance. The Women In Leadership Peer Roundtable Series brings same level leaders together to exchange information, best practices, ideas and insights on leadership/management topics and issues unique to women leaders. The roundtable also discusses many of the challenges and pressures that women face in balancing home and career obligations. Women meet in peer groups of 6 to 10 members from non-competing organizations and companies.

The group first learns about a best practice / cutting-edge leadership topic. Every group member then has the opportunity to present a related idea, tip, concern or disussion topic to the full Roundtable for immediate feedback and comment. The roundtables are based on mutual trust, confidentiality, candor, openness and connectedness.
