Easy Hors d'oeuvres Hors d'oeuvres set the tone for a party. Whether you're attending a potluck or hosting an elegant dinner, having some delicious, quickly prepared appetizers in your repertoire will make a great impression on the guests. We'll make Caramelized Onion & Cheese Crostini, Ginger Soy Shrimp with Lemon-Parmesan Dipping Sauce, Apricot Thrones, Holiday Brie en Crote, and Coconut Chicken with Sweet Chili Dipping Sauce. Monday December 9th 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. $27.00 and a materials fee of $12 payable to the instructor at class time.
