Do you know if your computer is secure? Every day, new threats to your computer’s security appear. Fortunately, there are ways to ensure that you don’t fall victim to them.

As part of his senior project, Souhegan High School student Parker Desborough will be presenting a program entitled “Is Your Computer Secure?” from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, April 15, at the Amherst Town Library. He will provide helpful tips to secure your computer, including guidelines for installing, updating, and maintaining various free and effective security programs.

The program is free and open to the public, and no reservations are required. Feel free to bring along your laptop in order to ask personalized questions at the end of the presentation.

We are dedicated to providing accurate event information, however, we advise calling ahead to confirm dates, times, location, and other details.
