Trigger Point Yoga Community Class
Trigger Point Yoga combines the health benefits of yoga with the use of trigger-point balls that pinpoint the areas where you typically hold stress and muscular tension. Trigger points shorten and weaken a muscle,by releasing the trigger points prior to a yoga class, enables the muscles to respond with comfort into yoga poses. TriggerPoint Yoga will help ease painful discomfort and aid in improving posture, strength, mobility, relieve muscular tension, restore and lengthen tight, short muscles, and improve joint range of motion. TriggerPoint Yoga is designed to create peace and ease in your body no matter what your age! Your body is meant to move freely and easily!
