Heritage Plant Sale
The Historical Society of Cheshire County will hold its first annual Heritage Plant Sale on Friday and Saturday, May 24-25, 2014. The Heritage Plant Sale will take place on the grounds of the historic Wyman Tavern on Keene’s Main Street from 9 am to 5 pm each day. Heritage and heirloom varieties of plants such as vegetables, apple trees, blueberries, and lilacs will be sold, and the proceeds will benefit the Historical Society of Cheshire County. A series of lectures on native gardens and home orchards will take place on the four Wednesday evenings leading up to the plant sale. For information, log onto www.hsccnh.org or call 603-352-1895.
