Established in 1986, the Cochecho Arts Festival is the most popular Summer Music Festival in the Seacoast. In 2011, the Festival featured popular regional and local acts that drew over 25,000 people to downtown Dover from the 4th of July through mid-August.
 
In 2012, the Festival is continuing to grow and will feature 25 live performances, including the Tuesday Children’s Series, Farmers Market Acoustic Concerts, the Shark In The Park Lunch Series, the Friday Night Headliner Shows and a Family Movie Night.
