If you have not yet heard the latest of Cameron John's story, you can read more about it at www.gofundme.com/bostonburrito

Cameron John “CJ” Kosinski, 8 months old, passed away on Feb 23. He battled an unknown disease still mysterious to specialists after 50 long days split between the PICU at Elliot and ICU at Boston Children's Hospital. He is the son of April & John Kosinski (local small business owners, of East Coast Chiropractic on Elm St in Manchester) and has a 4 year old big sister, Kayla.

The Boston Burrito 5k for CJ is meant to honor CJ by keeping his loving memories alive and to celebrate how precious life is. For now, the money raised is for the Cameron John Kosinski Donation Fund and will help the Kosinski family with their astronomical medical bills associated with their beloved son's hospitalization and end of life care. In the future, the Kosinski family hopes to help other families in need, in similar situations with losing a child. (Supporting the community and local families)

We invite everyone to join us for an all ages, family friendly event including a bounce house, DJ dave entertainment, race day family photography, a kids fun run and more!!
