Upcoming Fall Events & Festivals: Win A Ticket To New NH Halloween Event
Wednesday, October 9, 2013
Nothing beats a New Hampshire fall festival! From apples and pumpkins, to scary and spooky, our Granite State is the perfect backdrop for all things autumn!
Rickety Ranch presents "Wicked," A Haunted Halloween Event, has a little bit of everything we've come to anticipate from a fall event! The event is hosted at Sullivan Farms, 70 Coburn Ave Nashua, NH, on Friday and Saturday, October 18th-19th, and 25th-26th. Advance tickets are available online, adults: $10, kids12 and under: $5, or at the door, adults: $12.50, kids12 and under: $7.50. Tickets may be purchased at the gates or online!
Wicked begins at the mouth of a deep, dark orchard. At this point, you ask yourself, "Am I feeling brave, today?" If you answer, "Yes," you then venture on a haunted 1/10 mile adventure through the orchard. A cast of human and not-so-human characters will haunt and entertain you, while testing your courage along the wicked walk. For younger visitors, or the faint-of-heart, a PG hayride will also deliver you to the Wicked Festival.
At the festival there will be games, fun house, enchanted aviary, food, drinks, and a marshmallow pit for S'mores. When you are ready to leave, you will again decide to either walk or hayride back.
NH.com has 20 tickets (good for either adult or child entry) to the Rickety Ranch Wicked event! Tell us your favorite fall festival activity for a chance to win a ticket! Do you like hayrides, corn mazes, apple/pumpkin events, or spooky, haunted happenings? To enter, submit your favorite fall festival activity in the comment section below, on our Facebook fan page, or via email to firstname.lastname@example.org!
We will announce ten random winners on Tuesday, October 15th, and ten more on Tuesday, October 22nd. Tickets may be picked up at The Telegraph/NH.com office in Hudson, NH, or sent via postal mail. Watch our Facebook page to confirm your prize!
