Culture Party in NH!
No matter where you're from or who you are, you're invited!
The 14th annual Newmarket Heritage Festival returns to downtown Newmarket, NH on Saturday, September 24th and Sunday, September 25th for a weekend of music and dance, arts and history, food and fun!
Enjoy cultural performances like Japanese drumming, Israeli, Indian, and Laotian dancing, New England fiddling, Bavarian oompah music, extreme juggling, dueling dulcimers and more!
Activities will abound with something for everyone from everywhere. Take a kayak or boat tour, visit a model railway, relax on a history walk, go for the summit on a climbing wall, or take part in a Tai Chi workshop. Check out the Heritage Festival online Activities page for a full list of activity information.
The Festival caters to all cultures of children as well! Check out the kid's tent for try-it-yourself traditional crafts, a bungee bounce, weaving, pottery, woodworking, Chinese brush painting, spinning and more! Visit the online Kids Tent page for a full information list.
Vendors will gather in the festival marketplace with cultural arts, crafts, gifts and other items for sale. Check online for a full vendor list. And of course, what would a heritage festival be without a smorgasbord of cultural foods and flavors? Dig-in to Belgian waffles, Laotian egg rolls, French crepes, Indian samosas and so much more. Eat your fill and enjoy the great multi-cultural company at this year's Newmarket Heritage Festival!
