To Family, Friends & Food: Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving Eve!
Thanksgiving is a wonderful time of year! While we all do our best to show our thanks throughout the year, we sometimes get caught up in the multi-tasking urgency of the day-to-day and forget to act thankful, though we feel it still. Thanksgiving reminds us to step out of ourselves and reflect on what is important. I am thankful for a loving family, all of whom were particularly warm and helpful during our October power outage. I am thankful for my wonderful and patient husband, our 14-month old son who makes us laugh every day, and our soon-to-be-baby due in March. I am thankful for caring friends with rich histories and endless futures. My life truly is a cornucopia of blessings.
We polled our Facebook fans on what makes them thankful, and what makes their Thanksgiving holiday special. Here are some responses, enjoy them as you prepare for your holiday, and feel free to add more responses in the comments section below!
Have a safe and happy Thanksgiving!
