Are you resolute to write for NH.com?
As 2011 winds to a close we begin to contemplate our aspirations for the year to come. Springtime is for cleaning your house; New Year's is for cleaning your soul.
The top ten most common New Year's resolutions include (in no hierarchal order):
♦ Quit smoking
♦ Spend more time with family
♦ Get a better education
♦ Get a better job
♦ Manage debt and/or save money
♦ Lose weight and/or get fit
♦ Manage stress
♦ Drink less alcohol
♦ Volunteer
♦ Travel

If you remember the Daily Diet Blogs by Shana and Cathy as they ventured into a detox and healthy-eating meal plan at the beginning of summer.
