We are now one week into 2013. Did you make a resolution for this year? Statistics show the average length of time a person sticks with their New Year's resolution is only about six weeks. So, how do you keep from dropping the ball so soon after the New Year's Eve ball is dropped? Set reasonable goals. Talk about your goals with supportive family & friends. Reward yourself (in moderation). Track your progress. Be patient with yourself if/when you slip.

One of the most common New Year's Resolutions is always weight loss/fitness. New Hampshire residents have a myriad of winter exercise opportunities, including skiing and sledding! Yes, sledding! Take the kids out to the tallest sledding hill near you and feel the burn while hiking back up through the cold snow! You may not even realize you're working out! The Telegraph Santa Fund Run-Expanded

A celebration will be held at the end of the half marathon with music, food, and beer!
