Arcades and vendors, fireworks and playgrounds, sand and surf Hampton Beach has it all. It also has crowds nearly a quarter-million visitors on a hot summer weekend! The state provides lifeguards, restrooms, a first-aid station and a boat launch. Great swimming and fishing opportunities and an RV park for camping. Activities: Activities in the park include swimming, fishing, picnicking, and RV camping with full hook-ups in the campground area.Amenities: Hampton Beach State Park provides year-round recreation, with Atlantic ocean-front facilities stretching along miles of sandy beach. The area also includes a band shell amphitheater, public information services, comfort station, and first aid.Fees: Weekdays: $15.00 per car; $20.00 per RVOperation: Daily: May 24 through September 7, 2008Camping: $50 (water, electric, & sewer hookups). Rates cover two adults and children under 18 on the site. Each additional adult is charged ½ the site fee per person per night. Each additional adult at the cabins is $8 per person per night. The maximum number of adults per site is 4, except in designated areas.Camping Schedule: Pre-season first-come/first-served camping with limited staffing and facilities from April 26 - May 22; reserved camping with full staffing and facilities from May 23 through October 13; first-come/first-served camping from October 14 through October 26, 2008.Acreage: 50 acresWaterfront: Atlantic OceanNumber of Campsites: 28 sitesPets: Pets are not permitted in the park or at the beach.
