This 44-acre park on the shore of Great Pond offers freshwater swimming in the Seacoast region. You'll find a sandy beach and a grassy area for sunbathing. The park has lifeguards and two bathhouses with restrooms. Activities: Swimming, fishing, picnickingAmenities: Bathhouse, playing fields, picnic tables, swingsFee: Admission is $4 for adults; $2 for children ages 6-11; children ages 5 and under and NH residents age 65 and over are admitted free.Operation Schedule: The park is open weekends only starting Memorial Day weekend (May 24 - 26), then full-time, 9:00am - 5:00pm, from June 14 through September 1, 2008, weather permitting.
