Locatedo Off Route 16 at Pinkham Notch & Rte 302 north Crawford Notch, this 52-acre park at the top of Mount Washington is the end of the trail whether you hike, drive or ride the rails up 6,288-foot mountain. You can't spend the night, but daytime amenities include a post office, snack bar and gift shop. This state park is surrounded by the White Mountain National Forest.
