The campground here is one of the state's most popular, but there is plenty in this 5,500-acre park to attract day-visitors too. Most well-known is the boulder field, the largest collection of glacial erratics in the world. We're talking about boulders the size of houses, left behind by the glacier like a child's building blocks. Fishing, hiking, birdwatching and mountain-biking are other attractions of this 5,500 acre park (most of which is actually in Raymond, although the street address is Nottingham). The trails wander through wooded upland and marshy habitats, climb the park's three small mountains (one has a fire tower with great views) and explore the edges of Pawtuckaway Lake and Round Pond.
