At this park you're less than five minutes from I-89, but you'd never know it as you enjoy the peace and quiet of Kezar Lake and the 43-acre park. Bring a picnic or pick up a sandwich at Vernondale Store, which is within easy walking distance of the park on Route 114. We've never seen a traffic jam or heard a horn in this oasis. If the doctor tells you to take a few days off the fast track, we recommend that you come here. Please don't bring your beeper or cellular phone.
