Nia NH and Yoga has three upcoming events for those interested in the metaphysical. Past Life Regression is on Friday, February 10th from 7 to 9 p.m. Past life regression is a pathway to understanding the joys and sorrows of yesterday that relate to now and the future. Using past life regression, we can better understand and accept ourselves, bringing inner peace to our being. Facilitated by Pam Sayre, facilitating 18 years.

Crystal Bowl Healing with Laura Hackel will happen on Saturday, January 21st from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Laura plays 7 different crystal bowls that are attuned to align with each of your seven chakras. You will feel blocks through the vibration working in your body releasing the stuck energy.

On Friday, February 17th from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Joseph Caringer will perform a Didgeridoo Journey Meditation. The didgeridoo keys selected for this meditation are played for longer durations and chosen for their ability to support journeying, meditation, visioning and intention manifestation. Joseph Carringer is a professional didgeridoo musician and sound therapist. In his sound therapy practice he uses only concert class didgeridoos, combining Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian and organ theory with Ayurvedic Chakra philosophies creating a unique and powerful therapeutic sound healing experience. Joseph presents and performs both nationally, internationally and is a regular featured lecturer at medical centers and universities. He will be available for private sessions prior to the sound healing concert.
